Tryouts

Youth Baseball Tryouts will be held March 16th 2024

 
 
Tryouts will be held at Willmar High School, please enter through the athletic doors.
 
AGE GROUP TIME
14U/15U/VFW

8:00 AM
13u 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
12u 9:45 AM - 10:45 AM
10U/11U 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
8u/9U 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM

 

Please arrive at least  15 minutes prior to your tryout time to Check-In and Size Uniforms/Clothing. 

A $10 fee is charged for the tryout for all players, this must be paid for your player to participate in the tryout.
 
SPECTATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT TRYOUTS. ONLY PLAYERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE TRYOUT AREAS.
 
 
Players will be evaluated on the following:
 
  • Hitting
  • Fielding ground balls
  • Fielding fly balls
  • Pitching
  • Base running

Players should bring their own glove, wear tennis shoes, and bring clothing appropriate for inside and outside. Helmets and bats will be available but players are welcome to bring their own helmet and/or bat.

If your player cannot attend tryouts on March 16th, 2024 please contact us at info@willmarbaseball.com by March 1st, 2024.
